It doesn't matter which people that first inhabited the palestinian territory. The conflict between palestinian arabs and jewish zionist cannot be solved on the basis of mythological claims. Tribal mythologies don't imply ownership of other's territory! The jewish zionists are not the decendants of the ancient jews.
Accrodingly, those christians that support Israel can not be regarded as true followers of Jesus Christ. We should be careful when using religous scriptures as mean to justify killing of other people and plundering of their territory and resources.
Those who are opposed to Israel and western colonialism can use the same religeous sources which imperialists and zionists bring their arguments from. But in an undistorted unbiased manner! The ancient jews were allied with the old Persian empire (todays Iran!) against the greeks and romans!
According to the jewish scriptures their promised 'heaven' kingdome can only be re-established by iranian command, and not by the american and european 'roman' powers, heavily blamed and condemned by the Bible. Todays zionists are simply followers of the western way of life and they only interpret or bias the jewish scriptures after western 'roman' interests.
That's only then they receive such 'financial', 'political' and 'moral' support from the western world. The ancient romans certainly didn't mind to have western-minded jewish clinet state in Palestine, as long as it served or did'nt oppose to the interests of the roman empire.
And accordingly, the jews could get such a western 'civilized' Israel already for 2000 years ago, and spared themselve all sufferings and presecutions and the civilized decendants of the romans all antisemitic slaughtering.
This exclusive right given by 'Jehova' to the Persian 'Aryans', explains partly the US and Israel deep hatered against Iran, which actually made them allied to Saddam Hussien's Babylon during his war with Iran and made the butcher of Bagdad the leader of the islamic world in the western media under the second Golf war! Iran's rejection of Israel's right to exist is mainly profounded on international laws and common sence.
The zionist occupation of Palestine is illegal according to international law and the crimes committed by the zionist regime should be treated juridically.
According to bible and deep jewish beleifs, Iran has even a divine mandate (or at least the right) to externminate Israel as a state (not as people, I suppose). I don't think Iran has any reason to cash in its options.
Recently, a high ranked Israeli businessman named Nahum Manber was arrested for his attempt to sell chemical ingredients needed for manufacturing of poison gas and chemical weapons to Iran!
It tells more about the dual feeling about Iran amongst todays jews (zionists and non-zionists) than another provocative act of Israel to justify an preemptive' strike against what their propaganda machines claims as Iran's facilities for production of 'mass killing' weapons!
It seems to me that the jewish scolars and secular think-tanks' fear about Iran is more dangerous for Israel, than what Iran actually does.
Personally, I don't think they dare to do anything like that, because of the consequences to the western business interests in the region and throughout the world.
Anyway, todays western-minded zionists have nothing in common with the ancient jews. As a matter of fact, it's not even easy to determine who's arab and who's not.
The palestinians' claim of being arabs is more a matter of emphasiszing their identity and cultural roots than belonging to the arab race.
They are a blend of different races and peoples that have invaded or passed through this especial area.
You can actually find a lot of blond haired and blue- and green-eyed arabs in Palestine, Syria and Lebanon, but not in for example the Arabian penninsula.
The racial claims and arguments stated by zionist propagandists are just another false alibi from their arsenal of lies that serve the zionist ideology.
